We want you to be as creative and imaginative as you can be, but you must acknowledge and observe our Terms and Conditions. By submitting an image, you are agreeing and assuring us that your image does NOT contain any of the following:

• Obscene, hateful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or offensive content;
• Content that violates the privacy of another person, the rights of others, including their trademarks, copyrights, name and image rights, privacy rights or other rights (all of which include, for example, the names and logos of companies, businesses and college and professional sports teams, celebrity, regional, national or world leaders (both current and former), convicted criminals, newsworthy, notorious or infamous names and images, and TV titles, characters, and screen shots and other similar things);
• Content that promotes any activity or representation that is illegal, criminal, false, or fraudulent, or any content that depicts or illustrates those activities or representations;
• Content that you do not have the right to use in this manner, such as photographs taken or artwork made by others that you do not have express permission from them to use; or Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• OnTheBallBowling.com accepts no liability for the content of your submission. By submitting an image, you represent that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the rules regarding content, and that you will take responsibility and reimburse, indemnify and hold harmless OnTheBallBowling.com against any claims by others that come from your submission or the creation of custom products containing your submission.

OnTheBallBowling.com reserves the right to reject any submission in its sole discretion for any or no reason. OnTheBallBowling.com reserves the right to charge a processing fee of $10.00 for each image, graphic or photograph that you submit as an order, which violates our content restrictions. If OnTheBallBowling.com rejects your submission, you will receive a notification from OnTheBallBowling.com and may be invited to re-submit an alternative customization that complies with these guidelines. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Graphics applied the products may not have the definition as seen on a computer screen. Colors may vary slightly. Graphics applied to products may lose color and crispness over the life of the product with use (bowling balls, pins and shoes).
